RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges on accessories, apparel, gear, and equipment* only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Items must be clean and free from wear.

  • Items must be unwashed.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on the following items:

  • Rattan Sticks & Bangkaws

  • Padded Sticks

We accepts unworn, undamaged goods within 30 days of receipt

Please note : In the event of a failed delivery due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, or a refusal of delivery by the customer, a refund will be issued once the package is returned to us. However, the refund will be subject to deductions for the return shipping cost charged by the carrier, as well as a 20% restocking fee.
